Commissions are for personal use only. You cannot sell my artwork in any way or claim it as your own!

Reposting my artwork is prohibited, unless discussed about it beforehand.

I reserve the right to decline any commissions if I’m not comfortable or confident about doing them. Please respect my decision.

Artwork process time is subjective, depending on the circumstances. As of right now; there is no estimate date when the client will receive the artwork. So please be patient with me, thank you ♡

I don't work with deadlines, they stress me out ;w;

Do not edit my work (as in editing colors, redrawing parts, tracing, etc).

When sending your commission form please be sure to include all the details and references necessary. If you have something specific in mind please do tell me beforehand, I won't be able to make major changes later on in the process.

When providing me with references it cannot be a link, it has to be an image file (PNG, JPEG). This is to avoid suspicious links cause I ain’t clicking them.

When sending your filled in form, please make sure things are spaced out properly so that it doesn’t become a cluttered big wall of text. It makes it easier and less overwhelming for me to read through it and process the information better.

I allow up to 2 revisions during the sketching process, any further will be compensated. If you request more than what you originally asked, I'd need to charge extra fees.

I won't accept adjustments/fixes after the sketch has been approved. It's easier for me to fix and adjust the drawing in its sketch phase. I do allow color adjustments or any small details that I missed.

Once ordered I will send over a link to my Trello board where you can see the status of your commission.

You may ask for WIPs in the middle of the process, please refrain from asking WIPs too frequently.

Understand that I still maintain rights to my artworks, I am allowed to use commissioned work for promotional purposes for myself.

DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK IN NFTS! I DO NOT CONSENT OR SUPPORT THE USE OF NFTS!

Paying means you have agreed to these ToS.

Upfront payment is requirement, I only accept (€) EUR currency through PayPal.

Payment must be done within 48 hours when the invoice is send, please only request a commission if you have money on hand.

I don't do refunds since my time isn't refundable.

Fill in the Commission Form (can be found in Main/Special COMM pages) and send it through DMs to @DemureDusk on Twitter. There can be a delay in my responses due to time zones or I'm currently unavailable at the time.

A rough sketch will be sent for approval. If there are any fixes or changes you'd like, please let me know. I will correct them as much to your liking as I possibly can. After your 100% approval I will not alter anything after that point besides color adjustments.

Once the commission is fully finished I will send you the HD version through DM's with signature. Only when discussed beforehand about reposting the commission on your social media, will I also send the watermark version to be posted online.
